Critical Acclaim for Secret Machines’ self-titled third album…
“Now on their third album, the New York-based act prove the departure of Ben Curtis has not dimmed their Kraut-prog boldness. A beat heavy monster.”
Observer Music Monthly – 4 Stars ****
“A one-member line-up change hasn’t shifted this Dallas trio one iota from their nu-prog pitch… Huge riffs, drums like thunder over a Texas plain… Secret Machines’ tensile potency still invokes awe.”
The Independent – 4 Stars ****

This month Natasha is on the cover of UK fashion magazine Dazed & Confused, in what is probably the biggest interview with Bat For Lashes to date. In it she talks about her recent experiences and the making of the new Bat For Lashes album ‘Two Suns’.
The interview is combined with images from a shoot that took place in the Joshua Tree National Park.
She is also on their January playlist. Simply by clicking here you can hear one of the forthcoming tracks – the wondrous ‘Glass’ – that has been selected.
White Lies debut album, To Lose My Life, is the FIRST NEW UK #1 ALBUM of 2009!! They warded off Kings of Leon, The Script and Lady Gaga to make it to the topspot. Well done, boys.
